Teaching Computers to Love
Creator / Editor / Presenter
Teaching Computers to Love started as a left-field satire podcast in lock down. It’s goal was to show the hyper intimate relationship I was building with my computer. Then it took a less comic turn, curating a weekly show sharing original work, from a diverse group of sonic artists.
From the very start, each episode sourced human emotion from a unique sonic work, submitted with short creative writting. The podcast premise involved feeding the artists creative writting to a computer that extracts the data, creating a pattern for the computer to respond sonically in the form of a synthetic voice.
Above you can briefly see the visual process of how each episode is made.
